Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ku9i app ("the Platform", "we", "us ", "our") governing your access to and use of the ku9i app website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.

By accessing ku9i app in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a sports bet, or launching a casino game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of ku9i app is subject to the following eligibility conditions. You must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ku9i app operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing ku9i app from a location where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.
• Mental Capacity: You must be acting in your own personal capacity as a private individual. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or business entity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through ku9i app or any other recognised gaming platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming services on ku9i app, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Required Registration Information: At minimum, you will be required to provide your full legal name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password, and your date of birth. Additional information may be requested for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill.

One Account Policy: Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on ku9i app. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.

Verification (KYC) Process: ku9i app conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks as required. Accounts may be flagged for verification at any point — typically before the processing of a withdrawal, when a certain cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or where unusual account activity is detected. During an active verification review, withdrawal processing may be paused until the review is complete.

ku9i app reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, that the account is being operated in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, or where required to do so for regulatory compliance purposes.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on ku9i app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

Supported Payment Methods: ku9i app currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and City Bank. Minimum and Maximum Limits:

• Minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad: ৳200
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳500
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier; current limits are displayed at the cashier
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction and per day: displayed on the cashier page and vary by account tier

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ku9i app account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be reflected in your account, subject to interbank processing times.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed the same calendar day. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST are processed on the following business day. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 15–30 minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Refund Policy: Deposits that have been used to place bets or wagers are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal terms set out in this section. ku9i app does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ku9i app accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ku9i app operates a comprehensive daily bonus and promotions programme designed to deliver ongoing value to active players. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

Claiming Bonuses: Bonuses are issued to eligible accounts automatically or via opt-in on the promotions page, depending on the specific offer. Players must be logged in to their verified ku9i app account to claim or receive any bonus. Bonus eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying payment methods, and time windows — vary by promotion and are stated on the relevant promotional page.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotional page. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 20 times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–25%). Game contribution rates for each promotion are published on the promotional terms page.
• Time Limits: Each bonus carries an expiry window within which the wagering requirement must be met. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at expiry will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is ৳500 (or the equivalent in game currency), unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Only bonus funds that have fully satisfied the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are always withdrawable (subject to the standard withdrawal terms in Section 4), independent of any active bonus balance.

ku9i app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already claimed a bonus under that promotion, ku9i app will honour the bonus at the terms in effect at the time of the claim.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

ku9i app maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, and conduct that undermines the integrity of gaming outcomes or the experience of other players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false personal details, or coordinating with other players for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or in a manner not intended by the promotion terms.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players, whether directly or through shared networks, devices, or payment methods, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market offered on ku9i app.
• Match Fixing & Integrity Violations: Placing bets in connection with any match, event, or outcome that you have directly or indirectly influenced, or that you have prior knowledge of the outcome through non-public information. ku9i app cooperates with relevant sporting integrity bodies and will report suspected match-fixing activity.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Fraudulent Payment Activity: Initiating chargebacks, disputing legitimate transactions, using payment methods not registered in your own name, or using payment instruments obtained through fraudulent means.
• Money Laundering: Using ku9i app for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. ku9i app complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will suspend and report accounts where suspicious financial activity is identified.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, impersonating another person, or providing false documentation during any verification process.

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may close your ku9i app account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and all active wagering requirements must be either completed or forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure, provided all KYC checks are satisfied.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account as part of a responsible gaming measure, please use our dedicated self-exclusion tool rather than a standard account closure request. Involuntary Suspension or Closure by ku9i app: ku9i app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• Accounts remaining dormant (no login or real-money activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so

Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant after 12 months of inactivity. A maintenance fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to dormant account balances to cover administrative costs, provided the remaining balance does not fall below zero. ku9i app will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email before applying any dormant account fees.

Limitation of Liability

ku9i app provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, security vulnerabilities, or technical failures at all times.

No Guarantee of Winnings: Gambling and sports betting involve inherent financial risk. ku9i app makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the likelihood of winning or losing. Past performance of any game, bet, or market does not indicate or guarantee future results. Players should only wager amounts they are fully prepared to lose.

Scope of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9i app, its directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, statistics, or data published on the platform

Force Majeure: ku9i app shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, network outages, power failures, or civil unrest.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ku9i app platform. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the matter may be escalated through the appropriate formal channels as determined by the governing jurisdiction.
